Augusto Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmílson Arce in the 34th minute of the match. Noel Queirós succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 36th playminute. Pé de Rato F.C's Ricardo Corrêa suffered a sore thigh after 39 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Pedro Matos during the 39th minute. Abel Perez charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
