Miramar E.C's Cristóvão Seco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Miramar E.C from getting a goal against them. César Saraiva succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 28th playminute. Cristóvão Seco made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when César Saraiva sent off a good shot on target. Cristóvão Seco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from César Saraiva went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Reynaldo Arruda might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristóvão Seco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynaldo Arruda ran back to his position shaking his head. 40 minutes into the match, Miramar E.C's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz de Lima came free, but Cristóvão Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Borges was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 45 played minutes Miramar E.C got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Borges. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Saraiva in the 46th minute of play forced Miramar E.C's goalkeeper Cristóvão Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, Luiz Fernando Souto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivo Diniz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

César Saraiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristóvão Seco having to make a save. In the 61st match minute, Miramar E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olívio Brodel to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo de Barros made in the 62nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which José Mesquita however managed to control. Luiz Fernando Souto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ivo Diniz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristóvão Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Arruda in the 69th minute of play. Pedrinho Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Miramar E.C defense, André Luiz de Lima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristóvão Seco. The Miramar E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristóvão Seco should have stopped the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Miramar E.C's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz de Lima came free, but Cristóvão Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Reynaldo Arruda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristóvão Seco was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Peaky Blinders had won after a very even match.
