Spectators: 7363 (Terracing: 5523, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fellipe de Amorim kicked off to start the match. If Richard de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Richard de Carvalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oberica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Richard de Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Oberica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard de Carvalho couldn't finish the play. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Oberica! Luizinho Alcântara shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 30 minutes into the game, Manuel Mota cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Luiz Fabiano Barral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute Manuel Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fabiano Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ibaiti Hills booed when Oberica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fabiano Barral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fellipe de Amorim's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Bastos in the 43rd minute of play forced Oberica's goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ademir Mello took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Angelo Hermes. Ibaiti Hills's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Ibaiti Hills's Antônio Donato was substituted for Betão Bastos. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Paulo Loureiro made a kick off. Luiz Fabiano Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fellipe de Amorim in the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ibaiti Hills's zone, Richard de Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Hermes came out of the goal and Richard de Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The long shot by Ademir Mello in the 64th minute really tested Angelo Hermes's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ibaiti Hills's Angelo Hermes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Ibaiti Hills from getting a goal against them. Luiz Fabiano Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Neto in the 71st minute of play. Luiz Fabiano Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delfim Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Dadá Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Luiz Fabiano Barral came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ibaiti Hills's Dagoberto Neto. But to his dismay, Dagoberto Neto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Luiz Fabiano Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Ibaiti Hills players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
