Spectators: 6650 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) Teodoro de Godoi made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Cacoalinho's Hamílton Rodrigues got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 5 minutes, Hamílton Rodrigues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cacoalinho and the RATOS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hamílton Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Betinho Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Paulo Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Betinho Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Teodoro de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cacoalinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro de Godoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Donato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, RATOS FC's Váldson da Rocha got a free kick in the 20th minute. Paulo Donato acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 20th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Luizão Travassos. Luizão Travassos's late challenge caught a RATOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luizão Travassos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Luizão Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, RATOS FC's goalkeeper Paulo Donato had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Betinho Cosme. After 28 minutes, Váldson da Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RATOS FC and the Cacoalinho players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, RATOS FC's Váldson da Rocha got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Betinho Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute, Eliseu Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Betinho Cosme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Paulo Donato made a huge save. 49 minutes into the match, Valdemar Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodriguinho da Silva. Cacoalinho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Juarês Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguinho da Silva having to interfere. Teodoro de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Paulo Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Donato stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro de Godoi's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. A collision led to Cacoalinho getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hamílton Rodrigues hit a great ball. Betinho Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Donato having to interfere. Paulo Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro de Godoi in the 75th minute of the match. Teodoro de Godoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Donato having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Cacoalinho's zone, Juarês Figueiredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodriguinho da Silva came out of the goal and Juarês Figueiredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodoro de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betinho Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute, Serafim Teles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafim Teles's late challenge caught a Cacoalinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafim Teles helped the player get up and apologised. Betinho Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Betinho Cosme struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Paulo Donato didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cacoalinho. The RATOS FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
