Fellipe Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Passos in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Meia Lua FC got a freekick which was hit by Thomás Paranaense. 11 minutes into the game, Jean Teles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fellipe Terra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 15 minutes into the match, Meia Lua FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro Prado came free, but Enio Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Andradas United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Meia Lua FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 19 minutes, Meia Lua FC's Diamantino Arósio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fellipe Terra. 23 minutes into the match, Álvaro Carioca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enio Correia. Meia Lua FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Álvaro Carioca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With a little luck, Andradas United's Fellipe Terra got control of the ball when Eduardo Passos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute, Álvaro Carioca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Andradas United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Fellipe Terra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean Teles in the 33rd minute. If Eduardo Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Passos made a kick off. Fellipe Terra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jean Teles went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After 56 played minutes Meia Lua FC got a freekick which was hit by Thomás Paranaense. The supporters of Andradas United booed when Meia Lua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronaldão do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Andradas United's Fellipe Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Teles in the 80th minute of play. If Eduardo Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diamantino Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match.
