Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Maurinho Sampaio made the kick off which started today's match. Antônio Carlos Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Anselmo Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Velloso in the 5th minute of play. Caio Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anne Dieu-le-Veut's Cristian Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. When Wesley Costa fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Corinthians Paulista's protests and gave Wesley Costa a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes S.C. Corinthians Paulista got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Costa. After 19 played minutes, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Antônio Carlos Zonta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kiko Vale came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in S.C. Corinthians Paulista reached it. Caio Zanette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Anselmo Paraibano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Caio Zanette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 24th minute of the match Wesley Costa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Wesley Costa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 25th minute, Wesley Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Caio Zanette got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Anne Dieu-le-Veut getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Cauan de Souza hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Velloso in the 32nd minute of play forced S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Anselmo Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Nilson Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nilson Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lúcio Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Cristian Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Paraibano made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Caio Zanette sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Cristian Velloso made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Cauan de Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kiko Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Nilson Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nilson Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anselmo Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Anselmo Paraibano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caio Zanette's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Cristian Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Paraibano having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Anne Dieu-le-Veut's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nilson Cruz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Caio Zanette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Jano Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute of the match Anne Dieu-le-Veut got a corner. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Washington Vidal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Washington Vidal made a great header on Anne Dieu-le-Veut's corner, it was just that S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Anselmo Paraibano managed to reach the ball for a save. Anne Dieu-le-Veut's Caio Zanette got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Velloso in the 91st minute of play forced S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Anselmo Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
