Douglas Damião made a great header on JAPARAIBA FC's corner, it was just that Buffalo Soldiers FC's Luiz Gustavo Meirelles managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walmyr Amorim during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Buffalo Soldiers FC got a freekick which was hit by Walmyr Amorim. After a rather tough play, JAPARAIBA FC's João Vítor Mazza got a free kick in the 89th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dráuzio Toscano in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kauã Fantini prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
