Natanael França came out of the goal and Gernando Paulista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Atletico do Urias getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Luís Fernando Paiva hit a great ball. Abdulkadir Suyurgal, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gernando Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Gernando Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raúl Neves hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Gernando Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdulkadir Suyurgal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natanael França read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Gernando Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael França having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdulkadir Suyurgal in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Natanael França prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gernando Paulista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. José Carvalho scored 0-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Natanael França, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The long shot by Zézinho Brito in the 56th minute really tested Natanael França's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 57 minutes of play, Soucas's Abdulkadir Suyurgal made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Natanael França was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 65th minute, Atletico do Urias's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abdulkadir Suyurgal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Duarte Borges's late challenge caught a Soucas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duarte Borges helped the player get up and apologised. Abdulkadir Suyurgal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael França having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Soucas's Abdulkadir Suyurgal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Natanael França. Natanael França yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. The audience was convinced that Gernando Paulista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natanael França was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. A hard shot 75 in the game by Abdulkadir Suyurgal from a close distance when the talented Natanael França managed to make a qualified save. Atletico do Urias's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Gernando Paulista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natanael França was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 77th minute Gernando Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-4 became the score in the 78th minute when Abdulkadir Suyurgal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Natanael França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Carvalho in the 84th minute of play. Chiquinho Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael França having to interfere. Abdulkadir Suyurgal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Natanael França when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Abdulkadir Suyurgal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Natanael França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natanael França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Carvalho in the 97th minute of play.
