In the 13thth minute of the game Glauco Zanette who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marotos de Torrinha F.C.'s Arlindo Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmir Miranda in the 14th minute of play forced Marotos de Torrinha F.C.'s goalkeeper Arlindo Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arlindo Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco Zanette in the 16th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Leonel Fernandes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Youkais and the Marotos de Torrinha F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arlindo Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir Miranda in the 34th minute of the match. Tarcisio Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rdth minute of the game Tarcisio Domingues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Youkais's Dinei Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Glauco Zanette stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Marotos de Torrinha F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Arruda. When Otávio Lira fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Youkais's protests and gave Otávio Lira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, one of Youkais:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Youkais. The referee gave Marotos de Torrinha F.C. a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leopoldo Lopes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Youkais's Dinei Santos. 2-0. Otávio Lira was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 83 minutes into the game, one of Youkais:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 93 minutes into the game, Youkais's José Augusto Aguiar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arlindo Teixeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Marotos de Torrinha F.C. had won after a very even match.
