Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Giuseppe Madureira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, FK Inter Bratislava's Abel Figueiredo got a free kick in the 4th minute. Richard Trevisan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 5th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, FK Inter Bratislava's goalkeeper Pedrão Tavares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Eduardo Recife. With a little luck, FK Inter Bratislava's Pedrão Tavares got control of the ball when Carlos Eduardo Recife tried to sneak it across the goal line. Giuseppe Madureira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Pedrão Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Eduardo Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Tavares having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Rianopolis's Giuseppe Madureira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedrão Tavares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Nico Queiroz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rianopolis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Inter Bratislava the free kick. After 17 played minutes Rianopolis got a freekick which was hit by Nico Queiroz. Marcelo Mangueira, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Enio Trigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudinei Quirino. Rianopolis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enio Trigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Madureira in the 26th minute of play forced FK Inter Bratislava's goalkeeper Pedrão Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Pedrão Tavares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FK Inter Bratislava's Pedrão Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Madureira in the 38th minute of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Giuseppe Madureira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rianopolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Madureira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giuseppe Madureira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Pedrão Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enio Trigo made a kick off. 56 minutes in the game, Enio Trigo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Claudinei Quirino having to interfere. Diogo Trancoso made a great header on Rianopolis's corner, it was just that FK Inter Bratislava's Pedrão Tavares managed to reach the ball for a save. Carlos Eduardo Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Tavares having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Eduardo Recife in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedrão Tavares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the match, FK Inter Bratislava's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe Madureira came free, but Pedrão Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Carlos Eduardo Recife had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedrão Tavares. FK Inter Bratislava's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Eduardo Recife was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Giuseppe Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 72 minutes, Giuseppe Madureira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rianopolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Madureira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Eduardo Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nico Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Pedrão Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rdth minute of the game Enio Trigo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rianopolis's Claudinei Quirino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nico Queiroz hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Enio Trigo rounded Rianopolis's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Pedrão Tavares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuseppe Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Carlos Eduardo Recife managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rianopolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Eduardo Recife was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Giuseppe Madureira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedrão Tavares was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When Giuseppe Madureira came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Rianopolis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giuseppe Madureira couldn't finish the play.
