Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Pinto got a freekick which was hit by Glauco Valladares. After 4 played minutes, Santos Barueri F.C's Benedito Paraibano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duarte Saraiva came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Santos Barueri F.C reached it. Santos Barueri F.C's Nico Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauco Valladares in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Pirani in the 8th minute of play forced Pinto's goalkeeper Duarte Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duarte Saraiva came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Santos Barueri F.C's Armando Pirani. But to his dismay, Armando Pirani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Roger Paraense took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nico Passos. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Santos Barueri F.C's goalkeeper Nico Passos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Afonsinho Soeiro came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Pinto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonsinho Soeiro couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Pinto booed when Santos Barueri F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorginho Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Roger Paraense notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Santos Barueri F.C's Nico Passos. Nico Passos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Roger Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nico Passos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonsinho Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Paraense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afonsinho Soeiro was the one to do the kick off. Afonsinho Soeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Passos having to interfere. If Roger Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorginho Velasco hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonsinho Soeiro in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nico Passos saved Santos Barueri F.C from getting behind. Eliseu Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Santos Barueri F.C's Nico Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonsinho Soeiro in the 61st minute of play. Pinto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonsinho Soeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
