When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franklin Moraes made a kick off. The Pederneiras Youth Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulão Leme should have stopped the shot. When Jean Albuquerque came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the BARRANCA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean Albuquerque couldn't finish the play. Jean Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Leme having to interfere. In the 68thth minute of the game Jean Albuquerque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pederneiras Youth Academy's Paulão Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. BARRANCA FC's Jean Albuquerque got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulão Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. João Carlos do Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Paulão Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulão Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Albuquerque in the 92nd minute of play. BARRANCA FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
