Sport Clube Lasanha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waldir de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renatinho Pereira couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sport Clube Lasanha's Nelsinho Paulista got a free kick in the 86th minute. A hard shot by Franklin Faria from long distance, 87 minutes into the match, got Sandro Correia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Sandro Correia made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Conrado de Carvalho sent off a good shot on target. The Gamelleiras players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Sport Clube Lasanha from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
