After a rather tough play, Real Matismo F.C's Paulo Renato Queiroz got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 5th match minute, Gamelleiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clóvis Meireles to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deivid Velloso got free with José Carlos Cardozo in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Donatos short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got José Carlos Cardozo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Gamelleiras's zone, Cristian Donato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Carlos Cardozo came out of the goal and Cristian Donato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Deivid Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Matismo F.C's Délio Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado de Carvalho in the 17th minute of play. Cristian Donato took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Carlos Cardozo. José Carlos Cardozo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 31st minute of the match, Cristian Donato got a very nice opportunity to score, but José Carlos Cardozo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Deivid Velloso took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Carlos Cardozo. José Carlos Cardozo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Cristian Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Carlos Cardozo having to interfere. Deivid Velloso might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Carlos Cardozo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Deivid Velloso ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedrão Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

José Carlos Cardozo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Délio Tavares made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Alexsandro Meira sent off a good shot on target. Renatinho Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Cristian Donato came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Real Matismo F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Donato couldn't finish the play. Gamelleiras's José Carlos Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Donato in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Cristian Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Carlos Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Gamelleiras's goal looked a bit too open when Deivid Velloso came free, but José Carlos Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Real Matismo F.C's Cristian Donato in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Real Matismo F.C's Deivid Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafinha Sampaio's late challenge caught a Real Matismo F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafinha Sampaio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Real Matismo F.C booed when Gamelleiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafinha Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Cristian Donato made a precise shot to the right of José Carlos Cardozo. Gamelleiras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After 86 minutes of play, Real Matismo F.C's Deivid Velloso made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Carlos Cardozo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute, Cristian Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Gamelleiras's zone, Deivid Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Carlos Cardozo came out of the goal and Deivid Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Matismo F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
