The corner led Furtainha SC's Agnaldo Cruz to fire away a dangerous shot which Luiz Guilherme Montenegro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Giuseppe Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Guilherme Montenegro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dênis Peres went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 21st minute Luiz Fabiano Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Guilherme Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Guilherme Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Gerber in the 25th minute of play. Luiz Guilherme Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fabiano Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CA Juventus's Luiz Guilherme Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Peres in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Furtainha SC's zone, Donato Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Durval Costa came out of the goal and Donato Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 minutes of play, Furtainha SC's Dênis Peres made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Guilherme Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Luiz Guilherme Montenegro was a little too slow when Luiz Fabiano Gerber got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-4. With an all-out effort, Furtainha SC's Luiz Guilherme Montenegro threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luiz Fabiano Gerber, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 73 minutes, Donato Azevedo made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Furtainha SC's Durval Costa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute Agnaldo Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Guilherme Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Gláuber Prata put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Durval Costa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dênis Peres got free with Luiz Guilherme Montenegro in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Durval Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donato Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Luiz Guilherme Montenegro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Fabiano Gerber went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Donato Azevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Durval Costa having to make a save. In the 91stth minute of the game Donato Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Furtainha SC's Durval Costa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Jorginho Vidal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Guilherme Montenegro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. The CA Juventus supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Furtainha SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Furtainha SC.
