After having played for 25 minutes, Giuseppe Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CA Juventus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Oliveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, FlaCandango's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Azevedo came free, but Caio Cosme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes, José Maria Paraíba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FlaCandango and the CA Juventus players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FlaCandango getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. José Maria Paraíba hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, Gláuber Prata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jairo de Toledo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Donato Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

FlaCandango's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Donato Azevedo 56 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Luiz Guilherme Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Augusto Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the game, Donato Azevedo lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Caio Cosme. Luiz Guilherme Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, CA Juventus's Caco Ramos got a free kick in the 77th minute. If Pedro Augusto Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Pedro Augusto Coelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Guilherme Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 90 in the game by Donato Azevedo from a close distance when the talented Caio Cosme managed to make a qualified save. FlaCandango's players were relieved. Donato Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
