Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Danilo Massa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Enéas Mazza hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 5th match minute, Letras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enéas Mazza to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Gilson de Amaral sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Letras FC's Willian Luz didn't even have to move. In the 7th minute Danilo Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willian Luz made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Cléberson Penha sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanni Pinheiro in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raúl Veloso saved Alcobaca from getting behind. Giovanni Pinheiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alcobaca's Raúl Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Pinheiro in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Letras FC's Vito Mello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raúl Veloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cléberson Penha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vito Mello in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raúl Veloso saved Alcobaca from getting behind. Danilo Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian Luz having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Cléberson Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alcobaca's supporters rose to their feet, but Cléberson Penha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willian Luz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raúl Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovanni Pinheiro in the 37th minute of the match. Vito Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Raúl Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alcobaca's goalkeeper Raúl Veloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 49 minutes Alcobaca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enéas Mazza who took care of the corner kick. Letras FC's Enéas Mazza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Raúl Veloso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The wind increased when Vito Mello made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Alcobaca getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Maicon Donato hit a great ball. Vito Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Raúl Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Letras FC defense, Danilo Massa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willian Luz. The Letras FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willian Luz should have stopped the shot. Raúl Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Mello in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Giovanni Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giovanni Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Raúl Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raúl Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Mello in the 74th minute of the match. Vito Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raúl Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maicon Donato's late challenge caught a Letras FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maicon Donato helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Alcobaca got a freekick which was hit by Maicon Donato. Alcobaca's Raúl Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Mello in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Vito Mello fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Raúl Veloso, passed just outside the right post. When Vito Mello came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Letras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vito Mello couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Vito Mello kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raúl Veloso. That made the score 1-2 in the 90 minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Letras FC's Giovanni Pinheiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raúl Veloso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Giovanni Pinheiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raúl Veloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When the match was over Letras FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alcobaca throughout the match.
