Spectators: 7191 (Terracing: 5395, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 143) After a rather tough play, Demônios de Serrana's Nicolas Correia got a free kick in the 7th minute. Kaká Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Guilherme Nogueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabrício Ferreira. Demônios de Serrana's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fabrício Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Garcia in the 27th minute of play. Kaká Koehler made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Ismael Andrade sent off a good shot on target. Kaká Koehler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Monteiro in the 31st minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Demônios de Serrana got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Guedes. After 42 minutes, Cássio Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EC CANTAREIRA and the Demônios de Serrana players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kaká Koehler acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pedro Paulo Sá. In the 48th minute of the match, Ismael Andrade got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kaká Koehler was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chiquinho Monteiro to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Ismael Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Koehler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Rosado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Fabrício Ferreira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 76 played minutes EC CANTAREIRA got a freekick which was hit by Abel Saraiva. When Jaime Rosado came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the EC CANTAREIRA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Rosado couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute, Demônios de Serrana's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paulinho da Costa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 83 minutes into the match, Demônios de Serrana's goalkeeper Fabrício Ferreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Rosado. Kaká Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Monteiro in the 92nd minute of play. Fabrício Ferreira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Rosado's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
