With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jardel Dias in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yan Ramos saved Guveia from getting behind. In the 10th minute of the match Leonel Couto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yan Ramos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Jardel Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Luiz Guilherme Mineiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Luiz Guilherme Mineiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan Ramos was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrézinho Dionísio during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Guveia's Andrézinho Dionísio got a free kick in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Dias in the 35th minute of play forced Guveia's goalkeeper Yan Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Luiz Guilherme Mineiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tapiraim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Guilherme Mineiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Haroldo Sá's late challenge caught a Guveia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haroldo Sá helped the player get up and apologised. Haroldo Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The wind increased when Geraldo Motta made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Guveia's Yan Ramos got control of the ball when Jardel Dias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guveia's Yan Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Dias in the 55th minute of play. After 55 minutes, Alfredinho Pena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guveia and the Tapiraim players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Guveia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredinho Pena to maneuver through the defense. Tapiraim's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
