Spectators: 5101 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Munduri's Felipe Rossi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Satanás EC's Basílio Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Cosme in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Satanás EC's Teodoro Bertassi got a free kick in the 4th minute. Basílio Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Cosme in the 8th minute of play. If Felipe Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basílio Ferreira came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Munduri's Felipe Rossi. But to his dismay, Felipe Rossi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mateus de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Pontes in the 27th minute of the match. Mateus de Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Jairo Paes sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Munduri's zone, Jairo Paes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateus de Alcântara came out of the goal and Jairo Paes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 played minutes Satanás EC got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Medeiros. Basílio Ferreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Satanás EC's zone, Felipe Rossi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Ferreira came out of the goal and Felipe Rossi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 42 minutes, Edgard Bastos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Satanás EC and the Munduri players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Satanás EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Bastos to maneuver through the defense. Serafim Lago charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafim Lago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Munduri! When the match had been going on for 48 minutes, Satanás EC's Valdo Mangueira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mateus de Alcântara. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elias Pontes was the one to do the kick off. Dráuzio Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Ferreira having to interfere. Felipe Rossi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Ferreira having to interfere. Jairo Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus de Alcântara having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaldo Donato during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Munduri fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Satanás EC. Valdo Mangueira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mateus de Alcântara. 2-1. Basílio Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráuzio Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Felipe Rossi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basílio Ferreira. That made the score 2-2 in the 77 minute of play. Felipe Rossi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Basílio Ferreira having to make a save. Satanás EC's Basílio Ferreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Satanás EC from getting a goal against them. Satanás EC's Basílio Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Rossi in the 94th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Satanás EC's Víktor Zonta got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Munduri's goalkeeper Mateus de Alcântara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
