With a little luck, Ceará S.A's Germano Lira got control of the ball when Robinho Barral tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 32 played minutes Ceará S.A got a freekick which was hit by Oswaldo Rocha. In the 35th minute, Luiz Fábio Toledo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ceará S.A fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.
