With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raúl Abraão in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Rocha saved Mostarda EC from getting behind. Robinho Barral scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurício Rocha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Bernard Bojanowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bernard Bojanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Maria Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Maria Loyola was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. José Maria Loyola struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute Allan Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Bojanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
