Spectators: 7272 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) In the 4th minute Allan Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Educandos's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Lira came free, but Fernando Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Lucas Bueno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fernando Paiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Allan Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter de Medeiros in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Lucas Bueno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Oscar Guimarães made a precise shot to the right of Aírton Prata. Inter Florida E.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Lucas Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fernando Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Allan Lira was the one to do the kick off. Fernando Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Lira in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Inter Florida E.C got a corner. Educandos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Betinho Matos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lucas Bueno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Paiva having to make a save. Lucas Bueno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Paiva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 minutes of play, Inter Florida E.C's Lucas Bueno made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Paiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 68 in the game by Oscar Guimarães from a close distance when the talented Aírton Prata managed to make a qualified save. Inter Florida E.C's players were relieved. Miguel Hoffmann was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, Inter Florida E.C's Aírton Prata got control of the ball when Eusébio Favoretto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Inter Florida E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo Barros to maneuver through the defense. If Oscar Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80thth minute of the game Lucas Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Educandos's Fernando Paiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Inter Florida E.C getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gualter de Medeiros hit a great ball. In the 91st match minute, Educandos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio Passos to maneuver through the defense. Fernando Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Allan Lira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Paiva having to make a save. Inter Florida E.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
