Spectators: 6280 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1180, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dino Fernandes got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Inter Florida E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magno Matos to maneuver through the defense. Dino Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Aírton Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Matos charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Matos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luciano Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Val Hallar's Wilson Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Lira in the 10th minute of play. Carlos Alberto Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Aírton Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Inter Florida E.C's goalkeeper Aírton Prata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabrício Fontes. If Lucas Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Val Hallar's Wilson Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Bueno in the 23rd minute of play. If Dino Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundo Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Aírton Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aírton Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Edmundo Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Inter Florida E.C's Benjamin Porto got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Dino Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Ernani Rosado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aírton Prata was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nelson Nunes. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Allan Lira to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Val Hallar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabinho de Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Inter Florida E.C's Aírton Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Silva in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Val Hallar booed when Inter Florida E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrício Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Aírton Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Bezerra in the 60th minute of play forced Inter Florida E.C's goalkeeper Aírton Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Lira in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Bezerra in the 63rd minute of play forced Inter Florida E.C's goalkeeper Aírton Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Inter Florida E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Fernandes came free, but Aírton Prata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabrício Fontes in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aírton Prata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 67 played minutes Val Hallar got a freekick which was hit by Ernani Rosado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Matos in the 68th minute of play forced Val Hallar's goalkeeper Wilson Marquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Fabrício Fontes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Aírton Prata was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Allan Lira came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Inter Florida E.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Lira couldn't finish the play. Val Hallar's Edmundo Bezerra got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabrício Fontes scored 3-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aírton Prata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dino Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aírton Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vivaldo Barros hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Vivaldo Barros fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter Florida E.C's protests and gave Vivaldo Barros a yellow card for diving instead. Dino Fernandes might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aírton Prata. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dino Fernandes ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Inter Florida E.C defense, Fabrício Fontes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aírton Prata. The Inter Florida E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aírton Prata should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Val Hallar fully deserved thier win.
