Fernandão Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Beco Futebol Clube's Fernandão Fernandes got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Kléber Cordeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Aquino Futebol Clube's Wesley Dracena couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Beco Futebol Clube. In the 32nd minute, Victor Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Aquino Futebol Clube's Jefferson Munhoz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Paraense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 47th minute, Victor Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Rodrigo Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Saraiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Luiz Paulo Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Magalhães having to interfere. Zé Pedro Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Aquino Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Santana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 71 played minutes Aquino Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Dracena. Aquino Futebol Clube's Maurinho Magalhães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Aquino Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Rodrigo Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Beco Futebol Clube's zone, Wesley Dracena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Paraense came out of the goal and Wesley Dracena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Aquino Futebol Clube players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
