André Luiz Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Silveira in the 16th minute of the match. Edgar Silveira struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. André Luiz Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shanna ARND S.C.. In the 39thth minute of the game Romário Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shanna ARND S.C.'s Frank Bezerra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romário Lima stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jardel Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shanna ARND S.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
