Richard Donato was slow to take the kick. During this time Dream Team RN - FDFDF's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Richard Donato almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pesca Esportiva Clube's Flavinho de Barros did a great save. 17 minutes into the game, Marco Soares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dream Team RN - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pesca Esportiva Clube the free kick. In the 17th minute, Marco Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Maria Alcântara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vicente Cearense. Dream Team RN - FDFDF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 21 minutes, José Maria Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pesca Esportiva Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Maria Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arlindo Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sílvio Travassos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Flavinho de Barros made a huge save. Caetano Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Sílvio Travassos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavinho de Barros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Preisler in the 39th minute of play forced Pesca Esportiva Clube's goalkeeper Flavinho de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes in the game, Michal Preisler fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Flavinho de Barros having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Pesca Esportiva Clube's goalkeeper Flavinho de Barros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto de Carvalho. Flavinho de Barros was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Hudson Vasconcelos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hudson Vasconcelos really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Vicente Cearense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anísio Paraense charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anísio Paraense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anísio Paraense hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Michal Preisler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavinho de Barros. Pesca Esportiva Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michal Preisler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dream Team RN - FDFDF fully deserved thier win.
