An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Fantini in the 27th minute of play forced Pesca Esportiva Clube's goalkeeper Flavinho de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alan França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Váldson Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match Célio Cerezo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alan França skillfully saved the ball. When Pesca Esportiva Clube's Váldson Paulista in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 38 played minutes, Pesca Esportiva Clube's Jaime Neto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alan França came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pesca Esportiva Clube reached it. The audience was convinced that Váldson Paulista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alan França was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 52nd play minute Váldson Paulista came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alan França. 0-4. Pesca Esportiva Clube's Flavinho de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Nóbrega in the 56th minute of play. Arlindo Pirani kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot LURAFA's keeper Alan França was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. A hard shot 65 in the game by Arlindo Pirani from a close distance when the talented Alan França managed to make a qualified save. LURAFA's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in LURAFA's zone, Váldson Paulista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alan França came out of the goal and Váldson Paulista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alan França stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Váldson Paulista's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 74 minutes, Carlos Fernando Dante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LURAFA and the Pesca Esportiva Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th match minute, LURAFA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Dante to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Renan Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Pesca Esportiva Clube getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. The LURAFA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alan França should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Pesca Esportiva Clube could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LURAFA throughout the match.
