An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Fantini in the 11th minute of play forced Muirapinima FC's goalkeeper Cléber Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, LURAFA's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard de Sena came free, but Alan França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LURAFA's Manuel Fontes got a free kick in the 21st minute. Alan França didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard de Sena went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cléber Duarte made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Zé Roberto Nóbrega sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Muirapinima FC's Cléber Duarte got control of the ball when Zé Roberto Nóbrega tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Zé Roberto Nóbrega came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the LURAFA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Roberto Nóbrega couldn't finish the play. Simão Fantini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cléber Duarte having to interfere. Zé Roberto Nóbrega did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Cléber Duarte 47 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simão Fantini made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Muirapinima FC's Cleiton Galvão got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Edgard de Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan França having to interfere. Simão Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Zé Roberto Nóbrega sped through Muirapinima FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cléber Duarte. Cleiton Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Alan França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
