Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guilherme Alagoano took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Real Sport Club's zone, Guilherme Alagoano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fernando Mazza came out of the goal and Guilherme Alagoano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Real Sport Club getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Felippe Lago hit a great ball. If Guilherme Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Guilherme Alagoano managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C Renegades's supporters rose to their feet, but Guilherme Alagoano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Fernando Mazza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the game, Guilherme Alagoano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luiz Fernando Mazza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonel Bastos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando Mazza having to interfere. Felippe Lago hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Luiz Fernando Mazza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guilherme Alagoano's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The long shot by Luiz Fábio Melo in the 30th minute really tested Tony Guimarães's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 31 minutes, Guilherme Alagoano made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Real Sport Club's Luiz Fernando Mazza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Manfredo Mesquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Luiz Fernando Mazza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Guilherme Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Valle to strike the kick off in the second half. Wellington Braga's late challenge caught a F.C Renegades's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wellington Braga helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Real Sport Club's Wellington Braga got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A hard shot 53 in the game by Guilherme Alagoano from a close distance when the talented Luiz Fernando Mazza managed to make a qualified save. Real Sport Club's players were relieved. Guilherme Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Luiz Fernando Mazza made a huge save. After having played for 65 minutes, Flávio Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C Renegades's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flávio Neiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luiz Fernando Mazza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guilherme Alagoano went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 72 played minutes Real Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Wellington Braga. 73 minutes into the match, Josué Meirelles sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Luiz Fernando Mazza threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Josué Meirelles this time. Kaká Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Guimarães having to interfere. Guilherme Alagoano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 97 minutes into the match, F.C Renegades's Josué Meirelles broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. F.C Renegades's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
