Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) After 4 minutes, José Augusto Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clandestino FC and the Balseiro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Clandestino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Augusto Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute of the match Edgar Figueiredo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Brito skillfully saved the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Balseiro's Osmar Salles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Brito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Osmar Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Brito having to interfere. With his leg Marco Brito managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Balseiro's Osmar Salles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ian Varela charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ian Varela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Clandestino FC's Ian Varela got a free kick in the 24th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Luís Fábio Terra kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marco Brito. That made the score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. In the 28th minute, Artur Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davi Linares in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Mandrak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Balseiro's Luís Fábio Terra got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luís Fábio Terra was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Artur Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clandestino FC's Marco Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fábio Terra in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Fábio Terra to make the kick off. When Osmar Salles fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balseiro's protests and gave Osmar Salles a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Osmar Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clandestino FC's Marco Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osmar Salles in the 55th minute of play. Osmar Salles struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Marco Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balseiro. Samuca de Salles's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edgar Mandrak firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Fábio Terra in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Brito saved Clandestino FC from getting behind. Osmar Salles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Brito having to make a save. Osmar Salles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osmar Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 84th minute, Luís Fábio Terra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clandestino FC's Marco Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osmar Salles in the 88th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Luís Fábio Terra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Brito was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osmar Salles in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Brito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luís Fábio Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
