A very good chance. Gernando Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Váldson Arósio in the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Váldson Arósio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Váldson Arósio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gernando Brasil was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Ghost EC's Luiz Gustavo de Senna got a free kick in the 31st minute. Agostinho Aguiar got in the 34th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gernando Brasil handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Agostinho Aguiar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gernando Brasil was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernesto Cabral to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Ghost EC booed when SKT T1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matheus das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Aníbal Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doni Vaz hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, SKT T1's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Cabral came free, but Aníbal Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aníbal Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Agostinho Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ghost EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SKT T1.
