Cipriano França came out of the goal and Jaime Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaime Rodriguess short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Cipriano França to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Romeu Antunes came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Jango FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeu Antunes couldn't finish the play. After 20 played minutes Coppini FC got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Godoi. In the 24th minute, Jango FC's Romeu Antunes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cipriano França. Cipriano França yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Reynaldo de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauro Godoi in the 28th minute of play. Cipriano França made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Rodrigues in the 47th minute. After 47 played minutes Coppini FC got a freekick which was hit by Alan de Barros.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Rodrigues to strike the kick off in the second half. When Bruninho Tande fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coppini FC's protests and gave Bruninho Tande a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 minutes of play, Coppini FC's Nelsinho Saldanha made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo de Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Jango FC's Reynaldo de Queirós got control of the ball when Lauro Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Coppini FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Rodrigues came free, but Cipriano França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th match minute, Jango FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílton Araújo to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute Alan de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88thth minute of the game Jaime Rodrigues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coppini FC's Cipriano França was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jaime Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Cipriano França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Romeu Antunes came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Jango FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeu Antunes couldn't finish the play.
