Spectators: 7195 (Terracing: 5398, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) Dietrichz FC's Vito Salles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes in the game, Gláuber Figueiredo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aníbal Castro having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Bernardinho Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Váldson Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agostinho Aguiar in the 9th minute of play forced Dietrichz FC's goalkeeper Valdomiro Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duda do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. SKT T1's Váldson Arósio got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Váldson Arósio in the 13th minute of play forced Dietrichz FC's goalkeeper Valdomiro Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agostinho Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Valdomiro Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duda do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes SKT T1 got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Aguiar. Gláuber Figueiredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doni Vaz hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Vito Salles fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aníbal Castro, passed just outside the right post. Váldson Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cláudio Melo fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SKT T1's protests and gave Cláudio Melo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Cláudio Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Váldson Arósio made a kick off. Aníbal Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gláuber Figueiredo in the 52nd minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Olívio Leme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SKT T1's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dietrichz FC the free kick. Olívio Leme hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Bernardinho Netto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonel Moura hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The supporters of Dietrichz FC booed when SKT T1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cláudio Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdomiro Berger made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Agostinho Aguiar sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, Hortêncio Oliveira sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Valdomiro Berger threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Hortêncio Oliveira this time. Vito Salles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aníbal Castro having to make a save. In the 81st minute Gláuber Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aníbal Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agostinho Aguiar got free with Valdomiro Berger in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
