Juvenal Pitta ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th match minute, tgauatingaQNG-df was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diguinho Novaes in the 9th minute of play forced Atlético São Jorge's goalkeeper Léo Paes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes Atlético São Jorge got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Pitta. 24 minutes into the match, tgauatingaQNG-df's goal looked a bit too open when Váldson Cavalcante came free, but Joaquim Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, tgauatingaQNG-df's Doni Hermes got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute of the match Doni Trevisan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquim Peres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Quintal in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquim Peres saved tgauatingaQNG-df from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inácio Galvão got free with Léo Paes in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cauã Valle charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cauã Valle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joaquim Peres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Quintal went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Atlético São Jorge's Léo Paes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético São Jorge from getting a goal against them.

In the 57th minute, Tomás Quintal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquim Peres. The goal made the score 0-3. Carlos Augusto Donatello struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Joaquim Peres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético São Jorge. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomás Quintal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquim Peres. That made the score 0-4 in the 62 minute of play. tgauatingaQNG-df's Joaquim Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save tgauatingaQNG-df from getting a goal against them. When Diguinho Novaes fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored tgauatingaQNG-df's protests and gave Diguinho Novaes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Atlético São Jorge booed when tgauatingaQNG-df was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diguinho Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Tomás Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético São Jorge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Juvenal Pitta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquim Peres. tgauatingaQNG-df's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juvenal Pitta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Carlos Augusto Donatello took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquim Peres. Joaquim Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Tomás Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquim Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Augusto Donatello in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute Tomás Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The tgauatingaQNG-df fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético São Jorge were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
