Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The audience was convinced that Vladimir Motta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Pena was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Murillo Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Oeste's Gustavo Bertassi threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anderson Barros, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In a very dangerous position, a player in BAR CEM LONA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Oeste. Anderson Barros stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gustavo Bertassi. 2-0. When Vivaldo Tavares came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the BAR CEM LONA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vivaldo Tavares couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vivaldo Tavares in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcel Pena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Oeste's zone, Vladimir Motta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Pena came out of the goal and Vladimir Motta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BAR CEM LONA's Gustavo Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson Barros in the 32nd minute of play. Anderson Barros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Bertassi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Oeste's Wesley Secco got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute of the match Lucas Martins sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcel Pena skillfully saved the ball. When BAR CEM LONA's Vladimir Motta in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oeste's goalie prevented a goal. In the 42nd minute, Oeste's Renatinho Branco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustavo Bertassi. Gustavo Bertassi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Enio Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When Murillo Monteiro came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Oeste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murillo Monteiro couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimir Motta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Anderson Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oeste fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 58 minutes, Victor Sousa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BAR CEM LONA and the Oeste players grew even worse after the yellow card. Victor Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo Tavares in the 60th minute of play forced Oeste's goalkeeper Marcel Pena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BAR CEM LONA's Gustavo Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renatinho Branco in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 minutes, Anderson Barros made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. BAR CEM LONA's Gustavo Bertassi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Valério Quirino kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimir Motta in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladimir Motta in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Pena saved Oeste from getting behind. Marcel Pena made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Isaltino Seco sent off a good shot on target. Marcel Pena was a little too slow when Isaltino Seco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 5-1. Vivaldo Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Marcel Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vivaldo Tavares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Marcel Pena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vladimir Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Barros in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Oeste players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
