Spectators: 7188 (Terracing: 5393, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Viana started the match with the kick off. Dalmo Mandrak came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by BAR CEM LONA's Isaltino Seco. But to his dismay, Isaltino Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Meireles in the 11th minute of play forced BAR CEM LONA's goalkeeper Gustavo Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the game, BAR CEM LONA's Manuel Quintal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dalmo Mandrak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Alfredo Viana charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredo Viana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Victor Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. BAR CEM LONA's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmo Mandrak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Didi Hoffmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Bertassi having to make a save. Victor Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Alfredo Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalmo Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaltino Seco in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Yuri Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BAR CEM LONA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuri Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dalmo Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Albuquerque in the 33rd minute of play. Alfredo Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gustavo Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Viana in the 40th minute of play. Dalmo Mandrak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inácio Albuquerque went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Gigoul FC booed when BAR CEM LONA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaltino Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In a very dangerous position, a player in BAR CEM LONA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Meireles in the 66th minute of play forced BAR CEM LONA's goalkeeper Gustavo Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norberto Meireles during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Norberto Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, BAR CEM LONA's goal looked a bit too open when Didi Hoffmann came free, but Gustavo Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmo Mandrak was a little too slow when Inácio Albuquerque got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 84th match minute, BAR CEM LONA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Sousa to maneuver through the defense. BAR CEM LONA's Inácio Albuquerque got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Gigoul FC's goalkeeper Dalmo Mandrak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inácio Albuquerque. After 97 played minutes Gigoul FC got a freekick which was hit by Caco Albuquerque. The Gigoul FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BAR CEM LONA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
