Zézinho Marquez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anderson Barros in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Noel Maranhense during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv Football Art's Noel Maranhense got a free kick in the 16th minute. Zézinho Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Valério Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anderson Barros struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Zézinho Marquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oeste. In the 22nd minute, Dino Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Oeste's Zézinho Marquez threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anderson Barros, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Renatinho Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 2-0 became the score in the 36th minute when Anderson Barros elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Marcel Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Soeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Augusto Soeiro put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marcel Pena.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Noel Maranhense to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Anderson Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zézinho Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oeste's Anderson Barros got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anderson Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Marquez having to interfere. After 66 minutes of play, Oeste's Valério Quirino made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zézinho Marquez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 74 played minutes Lokomotiv Football Art got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Garcia. After 76 played minutes Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Valério Quirino. In the 80th minute, Cesinha Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Anderson Barros made a precise shot to the right of Zézinho Marquez. Lokomotiv Football Art's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Zézinho Marquez came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Oeste's Renatinho Branco. But to his dismay, Renatinho Branco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 95thth minute of the game Anderson Barros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lokomotiv Football Art's Zézinho Marquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv Football Art's goal looked a bit too open when Anderson Barros came free, but Zézinho Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Oeste were the better team. Oeste's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
