Nico Campidelis looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Téo Viana. Woller FC's Zé Roberto Nunes got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cícero Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí Bueno having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Roberto Nunes in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arí Bueno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cícero Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí Bueno having to interfere. That was the end of his participation in the match. 39 minutes into the game, one of Woller FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Nico Campidelis shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Nicolas Dracena struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Arí Bueno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woller FC. Simão Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Téo Viana having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simão Guerra was the one to do the kick off. Téo Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionísio Recife in the 54th minute of play. If Dionísio Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Simão Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Emile EC booed when Woller FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Dracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simão Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Téo Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Woller FC's zone, Dionísio Recife stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Viana came out of the goal and Dionísio Recife tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dionísio Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Téo Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Woller FC's Téo Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionísio Recife in the 92nd minute of play. If Simão Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Emile EC had played much better football throughout.
