Spectators: 7014 (Terracing: 5514, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luís Eduardo Duarte started the match with the kick off. In the last second Ezequiel Toscano throw himself and got hold of the ball when Luiz Gustavo do Vale in the 4thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ezequiel Toscano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Ronaldão Pontes made a precise shot to the right of Ezequiel Toscano. Mariante AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Rio Negro do Norte's zone, Maurinho do Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duarte Tróia came out of the goal and Maurinho do Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duarte Tróia came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Mariante AD's Luís Eduardo Duarte. But to his dismay, Luís Eduardo Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ronaldão Pontes scored 2-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ezequiel Toscano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Gustavo do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Toscano having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Mariante AD's goalkeeper Ezequiel Toscano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Baiano. Luiz Gustavo do Vale in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ezequiel Toscano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ezequiel Toscano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Baiano went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Ronaldo Duarte hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Ronaldão Pontes hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriano Baiano got free with Ezequiel Toscano in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Geovânio Capixaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ezequiel Toscano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Luiz Gustavo do Vale made the kick off in the second half. Adriano Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes, Rio Negro do Norte's Amadeu Quirino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ezequiel Toscano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rio Negro do Norte reached it. Ezequiel Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Duarte Tróia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rio Negro do Norte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Gustavo do Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Álvaro Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Rio Negro do Norte's Adriano Baiano got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Ronaldo Duarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute, Ronaldão Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 83 minutes, Ronaldo Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rio Negro do Norte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldo Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ronaldo Duarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezequiel Toscano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldo Duarte ran back to his position shaking his head. Luiz Gustavo do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute Luís Eduardo Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Adriano Baiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ezequiel Toscano. Mariante AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano Baiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. There was no doubt that Rio Negro do Norte were the better team. Rio Negro do Norte's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
