Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Laerte Britto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Cerezo in the 10th minute of play forced Feirinha's goalkeeper Juvenal Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Laerte Britto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Glauco Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pajeuzinho EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Glauco Donato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juvenal Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Laerte Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Gonçalo Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Feirinha's protests and gave Gonçalo Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pajeuzinho EC booed when Feirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonçalo Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umberto Cerezo struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Juvenal Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pajeuzinho EC. Glauco Donato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Umberto Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juvenal Soares having to interfere. Pajeuzinho EC's Diguinho Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Godoi in the 34th minute of play. Laerte Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laerte Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Diguinho Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Umberto Cerezo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Umberto Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romário Alcântara during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Glauco Félix was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Glauco Donato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juvenal Soares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Régis Godoi in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Diguinho Pereira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 77 minutes into the match, Pajeuzinho EC's Glauco Donato sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juvenal Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonçalo Barbosa got free with Diguinho Pereira in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Wellington Félix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pajeuzinho EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After having played for 89 minutes, Umberto Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pajeuzinho EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Umberto Cerezo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pajeuzinho EC's João Paulo Guimarães got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Pajeuzinho EC's Umberto Cerezo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juvenal Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Pajeuzinho EC's João Paulo Guimarães in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Feirinha's goalie prevented a goal. Pajeuzinho EC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
