Though ot was a great shot Feirinha's keeper Juvenal Soares was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Brasilia's Carlos Fontes got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juvenal Soares made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Ronaldão Figueiredo sent off a good shot on target. Feirinha's Juvenal Soares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Feirinha from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Brasilia's Ronaldão Figueiredo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juvenal Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Raí Siqueira fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brasilia's protests and gave Raí Siqueira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, Brasilia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raí Siqueira to maneuver through the defense. Brasilia played a much better game than Feirinha and deserved their victory. The Feirinha players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
