Claudinho da Silveira made a great header on Pacu's corner, it was just that Abaitinga FC's Kajetan Gmoch managed to reach the ball for a save. Pacu's Wiliam Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wiliam Pena who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Kajetan Gmoch when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 28 minutes, Ramiro das Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abaitinga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro das Neves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramiro das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the game, Tomé Quirino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pacu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abaitinga FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pacu's Tomé Quirino got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Wiliam Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Gino Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kajetan Gmoch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wiliam Pena in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute Genílson Félix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Gmoch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes Pacu got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre de Toledo. In the 48th minute Luís Fábio Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

After 69 played minutes Pacu got a freekick which was hit by Claudinho da Silveira. Kajetan Gmoch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wiliam Pena's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Abaitinga FC's Geovani Lira got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 84 minutes of play, Pacu's Wiliam Pena made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kajetan Gmoch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ramiro das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ronaldão Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geovani Lira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão Varela having to interfere. Wiliam Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Kajetan Gmoch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
