After 3 minutes of play, Alpha Stark's Túlio Tróia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcinho Tinoco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vânderson Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Washington Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrézinho Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Vânderson Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Prestes in the 17th minute of the match. Vânderson Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcinho Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Túlio Tróia sent off a good shot on target. Marcinho Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Augusto Borges in the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Túlio Tróia got free with Marcinho Tinoco in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Augusto Borges in the 32nd minute of play forced ɱarceline XVII's goalkeeper Marcinho Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ɱarceline XVII getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Victor Lira hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, José Augusto Borges got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

55 minutes into the game, ɱarceline XVII's Nicolas Mandrak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vânderson Mendonça made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 60 minutes into the match, Alpha Stark's Túlio Tróia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcinho Tinoco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sandro Prestes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vânderson Mendonça having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Túlio Tróia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Alpha Stark:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ɱarceline XVII:s goal. Róbson Falcão shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Washington Siqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Washington Siqueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Alpha Stark's Washington Siqueira got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Róbson Falcão, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Augusto Borges in the 87th minute of play forced ɱarceline XVII's goalkeeper Marcinho Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alpha Stark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ɱarceline XVII the free kick. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alpha Stark! The goalkeeper, Vânderson Mendonça, was totally fooled by ɱarceline XVII's Róbson Falcão, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The Alpha Stark supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ɱarceline XVII's performance. The match ended with a win for ɱarceline XVII.
