Dalmo Salles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalmo Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theresinenses FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Wiliam Pena scored to the left of an out of position Agostinho Mazza, making the score, 2-0. Wiliam Pena's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Agostinho Mazza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmo Salles in the 34th minute of play forced Pacu's goalkeeper Ronaldão Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pacu booed when Theresinenses FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmo Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dalmo Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dalmo Salles made a kick off. After 53 minutes Pacu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abel Barros who took care of the corner kick. Alexandre de Toledo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Alexandre de Toledo struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Agostinho Mazza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pacu. The audience was convinced that Wiliam Pena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agostinho Mazza was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Dalmo Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronaldão Varela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafa Mendes in the 88th minute. Dalmo Salles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronaldão Varela having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Theresinenses FC's Leonardo Araújo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Theresinenses FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pacu.
