When Dário Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the DIAMONDS fans jumped to their feet. The audience was convinced that Renatinho Netto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mathias Guimarães was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Simão Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simão Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Vergílio in the 92nd minute of the match. If Renatinho Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ABANDONEI O TIME players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
