The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Despite this Doni Correia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Norberto Maranhense took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doni Correia. Doni Correia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Amauri Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Renan Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico Simões in the 15th minute of play. Doni Correia was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Norberto Maranhense capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Norberto Maranhense really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 24th minute Alan Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renan Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nico Simões struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Renan Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parisi. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Parisi's goalkeeper Doni Correia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Norberto Maranhense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Doni Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alan Pinheiro took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renan Carneiro. Renan Carneiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Amauri Camargo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Doni Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Parisi were furious when Eliézer Pombal was red carded, 61 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for BENAGRAF CARTUCHOS F.C.. Gualter Alagoano stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Doni Correia. 4-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Amauri Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot. BENAGRAF CARTUCHOS F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Amauri Camargo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doni Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Norberto Maranhense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute.
