Spectators: 7206 (Terracing: 5406, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adalberto Novaes got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Manuel Vinhas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adalberto Novaes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Dito Vergílio made a huge save. After 9 played minutes PAMONHA FC got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Arce. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Adalberto Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sports Lago de Aripuanã's supporters rose to their feet, but Adalberto Novaes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dito Vergílio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antônio Carlos Senna's late challenge caught a PAMONHA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antônio Carlos Senna helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of PAMONHA FC booed when Sports Lago de Aripuanã was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antônio Carlos Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th match minute, PAMONHA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvaldo Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th match minute, Sports Lago de Aripuanã was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Sousa to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reginaldo Arce in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximo Umea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sports Lago de Aripuanã's Maximo Umea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reginaldo Arce in the 29th minute of play. Manuel Vinhas might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximo Umea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manuel Vinhas ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reginaldo Arce in the 35th minute of play forced Sports Lago de Aripuanã's goalkeeper Maximo Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Reginaldo Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44thth minute of the game Reginaldo Arce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sports Lago de Aripuanã's Maximo Umea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edvaldo Mineiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximo Umea having to make a save. If Edvaldo Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Manuel Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Umea having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sports Lago de Aripuanã's zone, Manuel Vinhas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Umea came out of the goal and Manuel Vinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Sports Lago de Aripuanã getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Willian Goiano hit a great ball. Sports Lago de Aripuanã's Maximo Umea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Vinhas in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th match minute, Sports Lago de Aripuanã was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Sousa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Sports Lago de Aripuanã getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Adalberto Novaes hit a great ball. Reginaldo Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Maximo Umea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximo Umea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Sports Lago de Aripuanã's Maximo Umea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Vinhas in the 96th minute of play. Despite being the better team, PAMONHA FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
