When Wellington Moraes came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Charlie Bravo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wellington Moraes couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Charlie Bravo FC booed when Loko Di Tudo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enio Fantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Roberto Toscano made a huge save. Roberto Toscano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enio Fantini in the 30th minute. Emanuel Xavier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dito de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Pedro Simões was the one to do the kick off. Emanuel Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Linares in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Fantini in the 56th minute of play forced Loko Di Tudo FC's goalkeeper Roberto Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, José Pedro Simões ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Toscano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 63rd minute José Pedro Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alexandre Linares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Linares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Xavier having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th match minute, Loko Di Tudo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito de Souza to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Alexandre Linares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emanuel Xavier. That made the score 1-1 in the 81 minute of play. Emanuel Xavier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexandre Linares's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Emanuel Xavier made an important save on a dangerous shot by César Barreto in the 85th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
