Reynaldo Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Serafim Pimenta was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. Stonehenge FC's Chico Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafim Pimenta in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Stonehenge FC's zone, Serafim Pimenta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chico Marques came out of the goal and Serafim Pimenta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafim Pimenta took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Marques. Chico Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Elói Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27thth minute of the game Caco Ferraz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stonehenge FC's Chico Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Serafim Pimenta came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Lomba Grande SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafim Pimenta couldn't finish the play. When Geraldo de Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stonehenge FC's protests and gave Geraldo de Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Stonehenge FC got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo de Amaral. Caco Ferraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caco Ferraz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Chico Marques 75 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafim Pimenta in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chico Marques saved Stonehenge FC from getting behind. 84 minutes into the game, Lomba Grande SC's Caco Ferraz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chico Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Caco Ferraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
